The Jericho Road Show Tour

The Jericho Road Show Tour

Our 2 month tour for the State of Mississippi was a HUGE success! What great people we met along the way! From young kids with aspirations of being musicians to 96 year old Grandmas who tell funny jokes and want to learn to play harmonica!!!

Thanks to all who participated in the hard work it takes to do something like this! Drew Young in particular and the film staff that followed us around! I'm gonna miss you fellas following me around!

I can't say enough good, well, GREAT things about my fellow musicians...Rambling Steve Gardner, Bill Steber (aka Hambone Willie) and Wes Lee (Mr. Tone)! Thank you for inviting me on this journey and making me sound better than I am!! Love y'all!

Hopefully, we'll be doing this again in some form later this year. Until then, we each have our own solo gigs going. And some of us all gather as a duo and trio at some upcoming festivals.

Feb. 8, 2016

NO EXCUSES!!!..It's a Monday night in Goula. Get up, get out and actually HEAR musicians play for YOU!! KEITH SYKES is in YOUR town folks! This is a rare opportunity knocking on your hometown door. Open it! Musicians work hard, especially songwriters who put thought and time into their lyrics. When we play over loud conversation and TV’s, it’s not very rewarding. A Listening room venue allows a place for people who actually like to hear the lyrics, the licks, and appreciate what goes into them. The Grand Magnolia Listening Room opens it's doors Monday, Feb. 8th at 6 pm. Tickets at the door $20 and cash bar inside! Meet the artists before the show! Music starts at 7 pm! Whether it's hair of the dog or prep for Fat Tuesday, you don't want to miss this show! A Listening Room...where you can actually hear the musician perform for YOU! 3604 Magnolia St. Pascagoula, MS 228-696-1894

International Blues Challenge 2015

Did not make the finals in the IBC's but was thrilled to have made it to the semi-finals!! This was a great experience for me...meeting new friends, hearing great music...you couldn't get in an elevator without there being 2 or more musicians in it! It was fun to share Memphis and music with people from all over the world! Thank you to Janet Webb, Marsha Wooten, and all the folks with the Mississippi Delta Blues Society of Indianola! Grateful for your support! Till next time!
